What a difference 8 months and a backhoe make! The section to the right of the first picture used to be a forest of poplars and wet undergrowth. The picture on the right is a new field, ready to bear lots of delicious vegetables in 2016!
Huit mois plus tard, et 2.5 jours avec une pépine 20 tonnes. Wow! La photo a gauche c’est l’emplacement de la serre, a droite c’est une ancienne forêt de peupliers et de buissons.
